Alfa Moderno 3 Pizze 43" Anthracite Gray Petroleum Gas Pizza Oven

Discover 3 Pizze, the Moderno line oven that is even more spacious

The new 3 Pizze by Alfa is an even larger Made in Italy pizza oven with exceptional performance, in just 30 minutes it is ready to cook the first pizza.

3 Pizze, with its modern design, fits perfectly in all environments that, far from being boring, require zest and colour and is the right size to be placed on top of outdoor kitchens.

The 3 Pizze oven by Alfa gives your dishes a perfect and homogeneous cooking experience by taking advantage of the innovative Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System®.

This particular system patented by Alfa allows to retain heat inside the oven’s refractory tiles, which are thus able to reach high temperatures and keep them constant.

3 Pizze from the Moderno line by Alfa is available with gas or wood fuel, but thanks to the Hybrid Kit you can transform the gas version into a wood-burning oven, depending on the recipe you want to make or the availability of fuel when cooking.

Italian design, materials and craftsmanship

Gas is the perfect solution for you if you love convenience and want to get flawless results with ease.

The preferred fuel for those who love authentic, genuine flavours. Ideal if you like cooking outdoors and want to give the longer cooking times all the fragrance of the wood.

If you’re the type who doesn’t make compromises, Alfa has created the Hybrid Kit for you, which lets you transform your gas oven into a wood-fired oven, letting you decide which fuel to use for your recipes.

To allow you to cook pizzas at home as good as that of your favorite restaurant, Alfa researchers have developed the innovative Heat Genius™ technology, thanks to which the condiments cook at one temperature and the dough at another, resulting in each pizza being consistently fragrant and well cooked.

This is because heat is slowly released from the refractory brick and irradiated evenly through the oven’s curved walls.

In this way, the condiments can cook faster, releasing even part of their moisture, and the dough becomes crispy without burning, thus reaching the perfect balance.

The 3 Pizze oven from the Moderno line is also made with the innovative Alfa Heat Genius™ technology that allows you to cook a real Neapolitan pizza in your home garden, consistently well cooked and with reduced consumption.

Making pizzas has never been easier: prepare the dough, use the condiments you prefer and the Heat Genius™ technology by Alfa ovens will cook them to perfection every time!

1 HeatKeeper™ refractory brick. Produced entirely at the Alfa plant in Italy, the Heat Keeper™ brick absorbs and stores heat much better than lava stone or ceramic used in other home pizza ovens. Thanks to the HeatKeeper™ refractory brick, the base of Alfa ovens quickly cooks your pizzas making them crisp and soft at the right point.

2 DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® Insulation. This ceramic fiber offers twice as much heat resistance compared to rock wool which is usually used in home pizza ovens. The DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® guarantees excellent temperature resistance during cooking, prevents side surfaces from getting too hot and allows you to consistently make well-cooked pizzas.

3 Patented Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System®. This particular system optimizes the circulation of hot air inside the cooking chamber so as to heat the refractory brick even more and cook your pizzas better. The “around and down” pushed heat ensures that the oven consistently maintains the right temperature so as to cook both the base and the toppings of your pizza perfectly.

What makes Alfa Heat Genius™ pizza ovens so high-performing?

3 Pizze by Alfa is an oven with a modern design and the perfect capacity to churn out excellent Neapolitan pizzas in just a few minutes, as well as roasts, lasagne, vegetables and leavened products for your family.

Like all the ovens in the Alfa range, 3 Pizze is also studied in detail, with an eye to aesthetics and a completely Made in Italy design, to offer you high performance, low consumption and maximum durability.

Five features that distinguish Alfa pizza ovens

Construction of the Forninox™ steel cooking chamber

The Moderno 3 Pizza oven with increased capacity is an oven that is ready to cook the first pizza in just 30 minutes. It can be placed on an existing table in your garden or install it on its own dedicated base or combined with one of Alfa’s multi-functional bases.
